Green Tea Cancer

Green tea benefits are widely explored in Asia, but mostly Japan and China. Because of its great use and a very small number of cancer symptoms around this countries, scientists linked green tea with preventing cancer. Not only they assumed, but it is proven that the large quantity of polyphenols contained, develop antioxidants that help reducing the amount of free radicals.
How it works?
The polyphenols contained by green tea, release a consistent quantity of antioxidants that fight free radicals. It is proven that white and green tea have the highest concentration of polyphenols. Vitamin C is another eminent antioxidant present in green tea.
Why is it good for me?
Free radicals are the main cause to different types of cancer. They lead to oxidation, which is a bad thing if it’s not controlled. Antioxidants released from green tea neutralize free radicals by donating one of their own electrons, ending the electron-”stealing” reaction. This is why it’s wise to consider a green tea cancer protection method.
How much should I drink?
The essential day by day intake of polyphenols starts from 300-400 milligrams. This converts to around 3 to 4 cups of green tea daily. Because it also containes caffeine, it is recommended to first ask a doctor if you are aloud to consume a large amount of green tea. This, of course, if you know you suffer from something and need a special diet. Other than that you can drink as much as you like. Take though in consideration that it has half the amount of the caffeine contained by coffee. So keep that in mind as well!

The Japanese are making no distinction between
radiation contaminated food (which is below the unusually high Japanese safety limits), and contamination free food. As a result contaminated food products such as green tea ARE on the market and being consumed unwittingly by people all over Japan.
