We can go on and on about how to lose weight or talk hours about which slimming method is more reliable. So I suggest we start by pointing one thing out. No one will lose weight watching aerobics on TV! I just wanted to make it all clear and be frank! Green tea and weight loss works, but it will not make wonders for you. The only true secret is that you have to believe it is possible and at least try.
I’ll suggest a few ideas that might interest you, whatever you choose to do next:
1. Seek first for a natural way to loose weight, so respect your body.
2. Work along with the program, don’t let it do all the job.

Take though in consideration that it has half the amount of the caffeine contained by coffee. So keep that in mind as well!

So you want to find out more about decaf green tea? Well I don’t want to disappoint you, but there is not to much to talk about.
As we know, green tea contains caffeine. That means decaf green tea is caffeine free. Simple!
